- How does the initial assessment work?
- A 15-minute call where you describe your project. Afterwards you get a rough scope and a quote — or an honest no if I'm not the right fit.
- Do you work by the hour or fixed price?
- Fixed price per sprint is the default. For research-heavy projects I can work by the hour, but only after a clear agreement.
- Which projects do you decline?
- Projects I can't deliver responsibly in terms of tech or timeline. In that case I'll recommend a partner from my network.
